Yao LI is Associate Research Fellow and master’s supervisor at NIL, Shanghai International Studies University, where he teaches Image Aesthetics and Applications. His research interests include visual cognition, time perception, neuroaesthetics, human factors, and user experience, with a focus on aesthetic perception in images, products, and interfaces. He has participated in industry-oriented research on user experience and human factors, and seeks to translate cognitive science methods into product experience, cultural communication, teaching, and research.
